New York Fashion Week 2012 Part II

After standing around waiting for fashion shows to end in Lincoln Center my friend and I got picked to be filmed for a street style fashion video for a make-up brand called 'Clarins Paris'. We're only in it for a few seconds but it was still an awesome experience to get chosen to be in this out of the many fashion week attendees. Enjoy the whole video and don't forget to spot me at 2:15!

New York Fashion Week 2012 Part I

Meeting supermodel Liu Wen, getting interviewed for FACE magazine, getting photographed for street style blogs, seeing Anna Dello Russo (creative director for Vogue Japan) and Scott Schuman (street style blogger and author of The Sartorialist). All this from sitting outside of Alexander Wang's Spring 2013 show at Pier 94 as well as being immersed in Lincoln Center!
My first New York Fashion Week was a huge success.

First Attempt

I was driving in a car around downtown Los Angeles when I saw this man and woman whose outfits struck me. I love the woman's pink tights that complimented her boots which tied her outfit together. I thought the man's suspenders added a hipster yet couture look to his pant suit and patent leather loafers. This was my first attempt at a "street style" photograph.

*Sorry I couldn't get a better picture, I was in a moving car.*
